These include: the norm or standard on which the inspection body depends (ISO 15189 for biomedical laboratories; ISO 17024 for personnel certification bodies; ISO 17025 for test laboratories, for example). The perimeter of the activities for which you are applying (i.e. the "accreditation scope") and the internal Cofrac division on which you depend, according to your profile, are also taken into account.
